Some scopes are defined by access and timing rather than by volume. Penta Global's specialised services cover scaffolding, surface preparation, coatings and insulation, and the shutdown and maintenance work that has to be delivered inside a fixed window on an operating asset.
We supply, erect and dismantle scaffolding to give safe access on construction, maintenance and shutdown scopes, and deliver blasting, painting, protective coatings, insulation and cladding across new and existing facilities. On shutdowns and turnarounds, the plan is built backwards from the window the client has: materials staged, crews sized and permits sequenced so that work starts the hour the asset comes down and finishes before it comes back up. We also carry out subsea cable laying, pipeline work and riser and conductor repairs, and handle decommissioning, demolition and the disposal of oil and gas facilities at end of life. These scopes sit alongside our EPC and MEI work rather than separately from it, which means a client running a shutdown can draw on the same fabrication capacity, the same supervision and the same HSE framework as a full project.
