Chairman
Vivek chairs Penta's board, guiding governance, financial oversight and international growth strategy. He brings four decades in commercial leadership, including 15 years at Petrofac as EVP Finance and an executive directorship at Dodsal.
Chief Executive Officer
Vijay has steered Penta's direction since 2007, leading the company through its expansion into international markets and setting its focus on efficiency and long-term value. His 20+ years in oil and gas let him bridge engineering detail and executive oversight.
Executive Director
Sujay leads pre-award activity for Penta's MEI construction projects, running lead generation, bidding and estimation for large EPC clients. Since joining in 2010 he has built the company's business development units across the UAE, Europe and Southeast Asia.
Chief Commercial Officer
Gopi runs Penta's full commercial cycle, from tender and award through administration to contract close-out, and leads negotiations on complex multinational agreements. He brings 35+ years in energy, including Group Head of Commercial at Petrofac.
Chief Financial Officer
Sisir leads Penta's financial operations, audit and compliance framework, strengthening internal controls as the business grows. A chartered accountant (ICAI) with 30+ years in oil, gas and infrastructure finance at Petrofac and Dodsal.
