Penta Global has been an elite-level fabricator for over 12 years, working from an 86,000 sqm facility in ICAD III, Mussafah. We produce pipe spools, structures, tanks and modules to the most stringent schedules and to the highest industry quality standards.
Our pipe spool work covers carbon steel, stainless steel, duplex, super duplex, Cu-Ni, titanium and other exotic alloys, including CRA-clad piping, with segregated storage and separate shop bays keeping ferrous and non-ferrous materials apart. We hold ASME U, U2 and S stamps and the National Board R stamp for pressure vessel manufacturing, and build storage tanks to API standards using both conventional and jacking-up methods, up to 14 metres in diameter and 22 metres high, complete with structural accessories, hydrotest, PWHT, painting and insulation. Process skids and modules are delivered turnkey, from design and modelling through fabrication, assembly, painting, insulation, heat tracing and E&I. Structural capacity runs to 200 tonnes a month across heavy and light steel. The site holds two-bay pipe shops, a two-bay structural shop, two paint shops, stores and a twin NDE bunker for round-the-clock testing, with automated and semi-automated cutting, profiling and welding, and is laid out for free material flow through fabrication, testing and painting. From here we support projects across the UAE, the GCC, the CIS and Africa.
