Penta Global installs, tests and commissions the control and instrumentation systems a plant runs on, on new builds and inside live facilities. Our teams work through to handover, and hand over a system that has been proven rather than simply installed.
Our scope covers instrumentation installation, cable routing and termination, loop checking and the integration of control and safety systems, including DCS, PLC, emergency shutdown and fire and gas. We support pre-commissioning and commissioning through to a signed-off handover, working alongside the mechanical and electrical teams so that testing is sequenced with construction rather than bolted on at the end. A significant share of this work happens on operating assets, where new instrumentation has to be tied into systems that cannot be taken offline. That calls for careful isolation planning, permit discipline and close coordination with the client's operations team, all of which sit inside the same HSE framework that governs every Penta site.
