Quality and Safety
Penta Global has recorded 100 million safe man hours since 2004. That number is the product of audited management systems, qualified people and a culture that treats quality and safety as one discipline rather than two. This page sets out the standards we work to, the certifications we hold, and the independent bodies that have recognised our record.
Quality management
Our quality management system is built around ISO and ASME frameworks and applies equally in the fabrication yard and on site. Every weld, every spool and every structure is produced to procedure, inspected against that procedure, and documented so the record can be audited years later. A corporate QA/QC function maintains the system, qualifies the inspectors and runs internal audits across all yard and field operations, supported by a twin NDE bunker at Mussafah that lets testing run round the clock instead of becoming a bottleneck. We hold ASME U, U2 and S stamps and the National Board R stamp for pressure vessel manufacturing, and build storage tanks to API standards.
HSE management
Our HSE management system covers every Penta operation across four countries. It is led by a corporate HSE function that sets strategy, runs audits and embeds continuous improvement inside operational teams rather than sitting apart from them. Much of our work takes place inside live facilities, where isolation planning, permit discipline and coordination with the client's operations team decide whether a job is safe. The 100 million safe man hours behind us were earned largely in those conditions, and the independent recognition that followed reflects that.
