As Chairman of Penta Global, he brings a deep understanding of corporate governance, financial oversight, and strategic growth across international markets.

A chartered accountant from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Vivek has held executive roles in several high-profile organizations. His extensive background includes 15 years at Petrofac, where he served as Executive Vice President of Finance, playing a central role in the company’s financial leadership and global expansion. Prior to that, he was Executive Director at Dodsal, overseeing international operations and driving cross-border business development.

Vivek has served on the boards of multiple companies across the UK, Asia and Middle East, advising on compliance, finance, risk management and stakeholder engagement. He continues to contribute his expertise through roles on advisory boards in the USA and the Middle East, where his insights on governance and strategic alignment remain highly sought after.
