Sujay joined Penta Global in 2010 and currently serves as the Executive Director. With over 14 years of international experience in business development, he has played a key role in expanding the company’s footprint across the UAE, Europe, Middle East and Southeast Asia.

Before relocating to the UAE, Sujay spent seven years in various business development roles in the UK, honing his expertise in client relationships, identifying growth opportunities and managing strategic bids. At Penta Global, he leads the pre-award activities for Mechanical, Electrical and Instrumentation (MEI) construction projects, overseeing lead generation, bidding and estimation processes for large EPC clients. 

Since joining the company, Sujay has been actively involved in shaping Penta’s business infrastructure and establishing business development units across key geographies. His cross-functional involvement in marketing and strategic planning has been central to the company’s sustained growth and diversification.

Sujay holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Computing from the University of Surrey, UK.
