Sasan is an accomplished engineering and business leader with over 43 years of professional experience, including three decades dedicated to the Oil & Gas industry. As Advisor for Risk Management and Compliance at Penta Global, he brings a unique blend of technical, operational, and strategic expertise across complex global infrastructure and energy projects.

Sasan began his career in civil engineering and subsequently expanded his expertise into multiple disciplines, including public health, environmental engineering, and nuclear engineering. In the Oil & Gas sector, his experience spans the full project lifecycle from the design and construction of large-scale onshore facilities to offshore platforms and deepwater jackets deployed across international markets.

Prior to joining Penta Global, Sasan served for 12 years as Senior Vice President of Risk and Business Assurance at Petrofac, where he played a critical role in enhancing corporate governance, managing enterprise risk, and supporting business performance optimization. Before that, he held the position of Program Director with Kuwait Oil Company, leading high-impact initiatives.

At Penta, Sasan advises the executive leadership team on enterprise risk, business assurance, and regulatory compliance, ensuring the company maintains a resilient and responsible approach to operational delivery and governance.
