Samer serves as the Director of Human Resources and Administration at Penta Global, bringing almost four decades of dedicated HR experience between the Oil & Gas sector. His extensive career includes leadership roles at globally recognized organizations such as TOTAL Energies and Petrofac, where he played a pivotal role in shaping and executing HR strategy across international operations.

In his most recent role as HR Director at Petrofac, Samer led the HR Shared Services function, overseeing human resources operations across more than 20 international locations. His strategic leadership helped streamline global HR processes, enhance operational efficiency, and support business transformation initiatives.

Samer’s core areas of expertise include compensation and benefits structuring, policy development, international mobility, employee relations, talent acquisition, performance management, and compliance with global employment legislation. He is also well-versed in the implementation and management of enterprise-level HR systems and processes that support scalable growth.

At Penta Global, Samer is responsible for driving a people-first culture, aligning HR practices with business objectives, and supporting the continued expansion of the organization through effective workforce planning and talent management.

Samer holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration (Commerce and Economics) and his deep industry knowledge and global HR acumen make him a vital part of Penta Global’s leadership team.
