Renju serves as Operations Director at Penta Global, bringing over 15 years of progressive experience in the Oil & Gas construction and commissioning sectors. Since joining the company in 2009 as a Project Control Engineer, Renju has demonstrated exceptional leadership, technical expertise, and a strong commitment to delivering operational excellence across regions.
Prior to joining Penta Global, Renju was a key member of the commissioning team at Reliance’s Jamnagar Export Refinery; one of the largest grassroots refineries in the world. He also played an integral role in the planning and construction of refinery expansion projects with Reliance Industries, holding the position of Senior Planning Engineer for five years. His early career provided him with a well-rounded foundation in planning, coordination, procurement, and project execution.
Renju’s growth within Penta has been marked by a series of strategic roles and successful project completions. In 2012, he was entrusted with managing fabrication activities at the company’s Mussafah facility, where he led several high-profile projects. From 2016 onward, he managed MEI field construction projects in Kuwait, delivering complex works on time and to high standards.
In 2019, Renju was appointed Country Manager in Indonesia, where he successfully led the BP Tangguh LNG Train 3 Project. His leadership and execution capabilities earned him a promotion to Director of Operations for Indonesia and neighboring regions, where he continues to oversee critical project delivery and operational strategy.
Renju holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Calicut in India and is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP). His deep field experience, collaborative leadership style, and track record of project success make him an essential part of Penta Global’s operational leadership.
