Prashant is an experienced operations leader with over 23 years of expertise spanning project management, strategic planning, business development and operational execution. At Penta Global, he plays a key role in delivering large-scale projects across the Oil & Gas, Power, Renewable Energy and Steel Fabrication sectors, bringing a strong focus on efficiency, quality and innovation.

Throughout his career, Prashant has held senior positions at engineering and EPC companies including Larsen & Toubro (L&T), Petrofac, Fabtech Engineering and FTV Proclad. His leadership in these organizations has been marked by consistent delivery of complex EPC and fabrication projects, often under challenging timelines and regulatory environments.

Prashant is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute (PMI), USA, since 2008, and holds a Six Sigma Green Belt certification. His methodical approach to project execution is supported by deep technical knowledge and a commitment to continuous improvement.
