Anish serves as Operations Director at Penta Global, bringing with him over 27 years of diverse industry experience spanning the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, and Maritime sectors across the Middle East and Asia. His deep operational expertise covers a wide range of areas including EPC execution, brownfield projects, operations and maintenance (O&M) contracts, and business transformation initiatives.

Throughout his career, Anish has successfully led business and operations management for complex projects, including long-term service and blanket contracts. His experience extends across the full project lifecycle from pre-qualification and bidding through to project execution and strategic development. He has also played a key role in shaping business and service models to support long-term growth and competitiveness.

Anish has worked closely with leading industry operators such as ADNOC, Petroleum Development Oman (PDO), Qatar Petroleum, Shell, BP, and ONGC. His track record of innovation was recognized in 2013 when he received the ADNOC Offshore Innovation Award for developing a carbon fibre-based subsea pipeline repair solution, which was ranked as the 4th best innovation within ADNOC Offshore.

At Penta Global, Anish is responsible for overseeing all operational functions, ensuring efficient project delivery, quality control, and alignment with strategic goals. He is known for his hands-on leadership style, cross-functional collaboration, and ability to drive continuous improvement across projects and processes.

Anish holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Karnataka and has completed over 20 professional certifications from internationally recognized institutions, reflecting his commitment to ongoing learning and industry excellence.
