Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and technically skilled Scaffolding Engineer to support our ADNOC site operations in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of scaffolding design, structural analysis, and compliance with ADNOC and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop scaffolding layouts and AutoCAD drawings for safe access and working platforms based on site requirements.
• Perform structural calculations independently to ensure the stability and safety of scaffolding installations.
• Conduct STAAD analysis to perform adequacy checks on existing structures supporting scaffolding systems.
• Ensure all scaffolding designs comply with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and applicable safety regulations.
• Prepare scaffolding design documentation, load calculations, and method statements for construction team use.
• Collaborate with site teams, contractors, and safety officers to ensure correct implementation of scaffold systems.
• Provide technical guidance and resolve issues related to complex scaffold configurations or load-bearing concerns.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in scaffolding design engineering within the Oil & Gas industry.
• CISRS certification – Scaffolding Supervisor or Advanced Inspector is mandatory.
• Proficient in AutoCAD for detailed scaffold design and drafting.
• Strong capability in STAAD software for structural analysis and validation.
• Familiarity with ADNOC standards and site-specific safety procedures.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Structural Engineering, or related discipline preferred.
