Key Responsibilities for PCM:
- Lead the development and implementation of project control systems, processes, and tools.
- Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6, ensuring alignment with project milestones and deliverables.
- Monitor project costs, track variances, and ensure adherence to budgets and forecasts.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement risk mitigation strategies throughout the project lifecycle.
- Generate accurate and timely reports on project performance, including schedule and cost trends, earned value, and forecasts.
- Support project teams with data-driven insights for effective decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and reporting formats where applicable.
- Coordinate with project managers, engineers, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cohesive project execution.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 12 years of experience in project controls & planning within the Oil & Gas construction industry.
- Strong expertise in Primavera P6, MS Excel, cost control systems, and risk analysis tools.
- Proven experience in both onshore and offshore EPC environments.
- ADNOC project or GCC experience is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with earned value management (EVM) and project performance metrics.
- PMP or CCP certification is a plus
