Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented PTW Coordinator to join our team for an ADNOC project in Abu Dhabi. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring compliance with ADNOC safety standards, and facilitating safe work practices on-site.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and manage the eWMS mobility device to issue, track, and close work permits.
  • Ensure all Job Performers (JPs) are adequately trained and competent in using eWMS devices.
  • Perform daily site inspections using the mobile eWMS system to ensure job compliance and permit validity.
  • Lead the preparation and review of Field Risk Assessments (FRA) and Job Safety Analyses (JSA) in coordination with COMPANY and CONTRACTOR representatives.
  • Facilitate and document SIMOPS (Simultaneous Operations) meetings with COMPANY, CONTRACTORS, and Sub-contractors.
  • Administer work permits in various roles including Job Performer, Performing Authority, Area Authority, and Permit Issuer to ensure safe work execution.
  • Collect, review, and submit JP documents to COMPANY/CONTRACTOR for necessary approvals and validation.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in a similar role within the Oil & Gas or EPC industry.
  • Hands-on experience with eWMS (electronic Work Management System) is mandatory.
  • Strong knowledge of ADNOC safety standards, permit systems, and HSE compliance.
  • Good communication and coordination skills with multiple stakeholders.
  • Ability to lead safety-related discussions and enforce PTW protocols.
  • Relevant HSE certification or permit coordination training preferred.
