Roles and Responsibilities:

• He had basic knowledge in ASME SECTION V (Nondestructive Examination) & acceptance criteria of applicable CODE.
• Responsible for daily NDT inspection activities
• Responsible for NDT plan or NDT matrix submission
• He must work as an interface between ndt technician and clients.
• A daily inspection log shall be maintained and monitor the activities.
• He has to ensure that daily NDT reports are updated in system and signed reports are compiling on sequence order.
• Responsible for ensuring the calibration of NDT equipments.
• Responsible for ensuring the expiry dates of NDT consumables.
• Responsible for maintaining updated NDT request & status.
• Responsible for circulating the daily NDT status to project management team.
• If any repair, RCA shall be prepared and submitted to PMT/CONTRACTOR/COMPANY.
• If any repair, responsible for conducting toolbox concern team.

Minimum Requirements:

• Engineering Diploma or Engineering Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 6 years and above’ experience with recorded details
• ASNT LEVEL II (RT, UT,MPI,DPT & VT) or equivalent as Minimum. Familiar with Construction codes
• ASME B 31.3, ASME B 31.1, ASME Sec V, ASME Sec VIII, ASME B 31.4, API 1104, AWS D1.1 etc
