Vijayneel (“Vijay”) is the Chief Executive Officer of Penta Global and has been a driving force behind the company’s growth and direction since joining in 2007. With over 20 years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry, Vijay brought a wealth of knowledge spanning project management, planning and procurement across both EPC contractors and project ownership entities.

Throughout his career, he has held strategic and operational roles that have shaped his leadership approach, with a focus on efficiency, innovation, and long-term value creation. At Penta Global, he has been instrumental in steering the company through critical phases of development, strengthening its presence in international markets and championing a culture of performance and collaboration.

Before working with Penta Global, Vijay built a solid foundation in the industry contributing to the successful delivery of large-scale, multidisciplinary projects across key energy markets. His technical background and business acumen allow him to bridge engineering detail with executive oversight, aligning execution with strategic goals.

Vijay holds a degree in electrical engineering from the University of Bangalore, India. As CEO, he continues to lead Penta Global with a clear vision for sustainable growth and operational excellence.
