Sisir is a Chartered Accountant from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and brings on board extensive industry experience of over 30 years, having held senior finance positions at Petrofac International and Dodsal Pte Limited prior to joining Penta. Sisir’s experience includes leading the financial and budgetary functions and managing statutory compliances in the Middle East, Southeast Asia and India. At Penta, Sisir will primarily focus on optimising financial efficiencies, supporting the overall organisational strategic plan, leading the audit process and regulatory compliances, and establishing an effective control system that meets the needs of the growing business.
