Renju joined Penta Global in 2009 as a Project Control Engineer. He came highly recommended and with good experience of Oil Refinery Construction and Commissioning. Renju was a key part of the team at Reliance's new Jamnagar Export Refinery commissioning and had previously worked with expansion of World's largest grass-root Refinery - Reliance Refinery Construction team. His last position was Senior Engineer - Planning and he held that position for 5 years. He worked within several areas of the construction business from planning, project co-ordination to procurement. He has continued his progression and development well with Penta and was rewarded for his hard work, tenacity and initiative at the beginning of 2012 by taking control of fabrication activities at our Mussafah facility executing several high profile Projects. From 2016 onwards, Renju took up field Construction MEI Projects in Kuwait, successfully completing major Projects in the Region. In 2019 he became the Country Manager in Indonesia, and upon succesfully completing the BP Tangguh LNG Train 3 Project Renju was appointed as a Director for the Operations in Country, as well as neighboring regions of interest. Renju is a Mechanical Engineer from the University of Calicut in India and an accredited Project Management Professional.
