·      Preparation of Construction Quality Assurance Program/ Construction Audit schedule which includes subcontractors, encompassing areas which specific emphasis on project such as cleanliness, tightness, welding, preservation etc.

·      Review and approve Subcontractors’ QA related deliverables.

·      Conducts inductions / training on project QMS for all the project personnel as well as the sub- contractor teams as required and monitor the toolbox talk.

·      Participate in customer feedback process, monitors customer satisfaction rating and initiates appropriate corrective actions to improve the same.

·      Ensures the customer complaints are logged and appropriate actions are taken on time to close out the same.

·      Organize / Conduct internal audits which includes preparation audit plan, Audit report coordination with Auditee.

·      Maintain the site action tracking which includes non-conformance(s), Corrective Action, Daily surveillance report and monitor the closure and effectiveness of corrective action.

 Quality Control (Home office)

·      Review procurement documents to ensure that quality requirements have been correctly translated into purchase requisitions and design documents.

·      List procurement inspection criticality rating for various items and vendor quality requirements.

·      Review of purchase orders to ensure that the applicable requirements are met.

·      Review of suppler ITPs, WPS, Procedures etc. against contract requirements.

·      Develop project specific QCP/ITP/ITRs for both supplier and site QMS.

·      Prepare preservation procedures and Preservation matrix, capture preservation requirements from OEM recommendations.

·      Monitor the preservation activities at site.

·      Attendance at pre-inspection meetings.

·      Compilation of vendor inspection assignments packages.

·      Conduct supplier capability assessment as assigned.

·      Complete and submit Supplier Capability Assessment reports in 10 working days for approval.

·      Non-conformance (NCR’s) / Punch List Management

·      Coordination and resolution of any nonconforming product Reviewing vendors QA/QC systems in accordance with contractual requirements.

·      Coordination of vendor quality approvals when required.

·      Coordinate with discipline engineers and Supplier engineers on establishing project specific quality criteria.

·      Ensure the verification of documentation and certificates for materials purchased by suppliers.

·      Review supplier inspection procedures and attend personnel qualification tests such as Welders, painters, cable terminators etc.,

·      Review supplier material certificates, requirements of 3.2 or 3.1 as per project requirements.

·      Take part in shop inspections and surveillances.

·      Coordinate with the company’s discipline engineers for the resolution of technical discrepancies.

·      Issue non-conformance reports and track all non-conformance reports.

·      Coordinate with the Client COMPANY representative on all procurement issues.

·      Verify product for its compliance to approved data sheets drawings, witness testing as approved by ITP.

·      Produce necessary inspection report and release notes.

·      Monitor progress of all purchase requisitions.

·      Assure resolution of all issues raised during inspection/test. Where applicable, Provide recommendations for possible solutions.

·      Coordinate with concerned parties, review and ensure timely delivery of MRBs based on approved MRB index.

·      Provide technical inputs for vendor queries, technical queries/deviation requests, conformance reports and non-conformance reports.

·      Integrate with and work alongside the entire project team and perform all related tasks as and when  requested by the supervisor.

        Quality Control (Site)

·      Prepare / Review and approve site ITPs, QCPs and ITRs based on corporate standard.

·      Develop equipment tag type matrix based on approved ITPs and ITRs.

·      Close coordination with Completions to ensure correct ITRs are planned and implemented.

·      Coordinate with all the site subcontractors to ensure timely inspection/ testing on site.

·      Coordinate with the customers representative on all quality matters.

·      Participate and complete all receipt inspections.

·      Verify that the quality related site activities are in accordance with the applicable codes and standards.

·      Prepare all special process procedures (example WPS, Painting, PMI, PWHT)

·      Prepare the test packs and submit for Client approval.

·      Participate in the internal and external site audits.

·      Coordinate all the quality site inspections through the site QC inspectors.

·      Ensure all ITRs are prepared and submitted to Completions daily.

·      Must have previously worked in Completion Management software to generate and upload ITRs for pre-commissioning

·      Control all non-conformance reports and undertake remedial action.

·      Monitor the implementation of the approved site QC Plan.

·      Complete and coordinate the approval of the sites QC technical submittals to the customer.

·      Arrange toolbox talks/training in coordination with subcontractors.

·      Assure all technical documents relative to site quality control are in status.

·      Supervise Sub-contractor QC personnel.

·      Prepare daily surveillance reports, attend quality walkthroughs, and report issues which need to circulate as a quality alert.

·      Coordinate for Site Quality Dossiers compilation and handover.

     Requirement

·         Mechanical Engineering Graduate with 14-15 years’ experience in Oil and Gas EPC Projects preferably in ADNOC offshore.

·         Good working knowledge including practical experience in MS Office tools, Word, Power Point Presentation, MS-Excel

·         Certifications such as CSWIP 3.1, BGAS and ASNT level II are required.

·         Must possess ISO 9001 lead auditor or internal auditor certificate.

·         Must have conducted Quality Audits in the previous assignments.
